Refund & Cancellation Policy

Important: All products sold by A2Z Comics are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.

1. Digital Product — No Refund Policy

Since our products are digital in nature and access is granted immediately after payment, we follow a strict no-refund policy. Once a digital product has been delivered (via download link or email), the transaction is considered complete and cannot be reversed.

2. Why No Refunds?

Digital products cannot be "returned" like physical goods. Once you receive access to the content, it is impossible to verify whether the content has been downloaded, copied, or used. Therefore, refunds are not applicable for any digital purchases.

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund or replacement in the following rare cases:

Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error
Non-Delivery: If you did not receive the product within 24 hours of payment and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
Corrupted Files: If the delivered files are corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement

4. Cancellation

Since delivery is instant, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is processed. Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

5. How to Request Support

If you believe you qualify for an exception under this policy, please contact us within 48 hours of your purchase with the following details:

Your name and email address used for purchase
Transaction ID or payment screenshot
Description of the issue

6. Processing Time

If a refund is approved under the exceptions listed above, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
